The Resort is located on the east coast of Sardinia, overlooking the charming beach of Cala d'Ambra and just a few steps from the lively tourist centre of San Teodoro.
Recommended airport: Olbia-Costa Smeralda Airport (OLB) – the closest to the resort, about 25-30 km away.
Connections from the airport:
- Car/Car rental – approximately 30 km via the SS125 road towards San Teodoro.
- Taxi – available outside the terminal
- Private transfer – at an additional cost, upon reservation
- Public bus – connection with ARST regional lines to San Teodoro
Sardinia can be reached by ferry from the main Italian ports to the ports of Olbia, Golfo Aranci, or Porto Torres.
The most convenient port for reaching Resort Amasea is Olbia.
From Olbia / Golfo Aranci: Follow the SS125 Orientale Sarda south towards San Teodoro (about 30 km).
From other parts of Sardinia:
- From Porto Torres: follow the SS127 bis and then the SS125 towards San Teodoro.
- From Cagliari: take the SS131 and then the SS125 north-east.
