Extended Information Notice On The Processing Of Personal Data Pursuant To Art. 13 Of Eu Regulation 2016/679

Dear User,

this page describes the management procedures of the website www.amasearesort.it with reference to the processing of personal data of data subjects (users) who browse it and of those who interact with the web services accessible electronically from the address www.amasearesort.it, corresponding to the home page of the website.

PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING:

Your data will be processed lawfully, fairly and transparently, ensuring that they are accurate and adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes pursued, which in this case consist of:

● managing privacy during navigation on the website through technical cookies and the provision of the Website Services;

● promotional activities carried out through the sending of newsletters to communicate information and/or commercial offers.



LEGAL BASIS:

The legal basis for the processing for the purpose referred to in point 1 is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (art. 6(1)(b) of the Regulation), as the processing is necessary for the provision of the Service. For the purpose referred to in point 2, the legal basis is the explicit consent of the data subject.



PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA:

Please note that the provision of personal data is not mandatory; however, failure to provide such data will result in:

● the impossibility of activating the Services provided by the Website (purpose 1);

● the impossibility of collecting your preferences and receiving promotional offers and/or offers based on your choices (purpose 2).



PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED:

The personal data collected are: Browsing data The IT systems and software procedures used to operate the Website acquire, during their normal operation, certain Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These data are used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Website and to check its correct functioning (see the paragraph on cookies below), to identify anomalies and/or abuses, and are deleted immediately after processing.

The data may be used by the competent authorities to ascertain liability in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the Website. Data voluntarily provided by the data subject Apart from what is specified for browsing data, users are free to provide personal data contained in any request forms on the website (e.g. to activate newsletters, profiling, quotations, and/or bookings, etc.). Failure to provide such data may make it impossible to provide the requested service. In such cases, only the information necessary for the requested service will be required (see the specific information notices for details).



SCOPE OF DATA DISCLOSURE AND LOCATION – Communication to Third Parties:

Please note that your personal data may be disclosed to:

● employees of the Data Controller, duly authorized and trained in compliance with the Regulation;

● suppliers of the Data Controller, duly appointed as Data Processors;

● entities to whom access to the data is granted by law, regulations, or EU legislation.



DATA TRANSFER:

Personal Data collected through browsing will not be transferred outside the European Union. If a booking is completed, the data may be subject to transfer outside the EU (please refer to the relevant information notice).



DATA RETENTION:

Your personal data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes indicated above and in any case no longer than 5 years from the date of collection, after which you will be asked to provide new consent. Please note that consent for the purposes referred to in point 2 may be withdrawn at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out before such withdrawal.



RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT:

You have the right to request from the Data Controller at any time the withdrawal of consent (art. 7), where given, access to your personal data (art. 15), rectification (art. 16) or erasure (art. 17) of such data, restriction of processing (art. 18), or to object to their processing (art. 21), as well as the right to data portability (art. 20).



You may exercise the above rights by sending the appropriate form (available on the website of the Italian Data Protection Authority: https://www.garanteprivacy.it/home/modulistica-e-servizi-online), duly completed, to the Data Controller through the following methods:

Pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679, you also have the right to lodge a formal complaint with the Supervisory Authority (art. 77) according to the procedures indicated on the Authority’s website at https://www.garanteprivacy.it/home/modulistica-e-servizi-online, as well as the right to bring a judicial remedy (art. 79).
